1) Dolphin Safe Tuna- look for tuna with the dolphin safe logo on the can to know that no dolphins or marine ecosystems were harmed.

3) If you must buy plastic water bottles, look for the bottles that say 100% recycled and uses 30%less plastic. We recommend buying products contained in glass or metal containers.
4) Look for napkins and paper towels made from 100% recycled paper.
5) Try organic sanitary napkins and tampons, as well as many other organic or all natural hygiene products.
6) Consider room temperature foods- uses less energy by not needing to be refrigerated.
7) Try to buy in bulk to cut back on trips to the grocery store. Consider getting a membership to a grocery warehouse, such as Costco or Sam's Club.
8) Look for the recycling symbol on the underside of the packaging.
9) When buying coffee, look for the Fair Trade seal, the Rain Forest Alliance seal, the Bird Friendly seal, and the USDA Organic seal.
